Bricks, Mortar and Communities – Last of the Untapped Data Sets

Data | Property | vlog

Are offices, retail outlets and flats the last of the untapped data sets?  Peter Osborn talks to Jonathan Gains of ResiGains Ltd and Rory Wilkinson of BRYKS, about how property companies and retailers are turning to tech to enhance their customer offerings and strengthen their community relationships by leveraging data.

In this video we discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist for property companies and tenants to make greater use of the data generated by those who use and occupy properties, be they offices, shops, restaurants or residential.  How can they better use tech to access theses untapped data sets and what can they then do with this data to better understand their communities and offer added-value services?
