Flexiion’s CloudOps service provides the necessary day to day management and support for application environments and infrastructure.

The service comprises:

Monitoring – servers and services need to be monitored to alert to faults / outages / capacity issues. We provide both the tools and personnel to handle 24 x 7 x 365 “eyes on glass” monitoring of the infrastructure and the applications.

First-Fix, when an alert is raised our team will immediately diagnose and within the bounds set by our client will attempt to resolve the issue.

Fault Resolution, where First-Fix is unable to resolve the issue, or the client raises an incoming request our Fault Resolution service will take the issue through to completion.

Proactive Management is the best way to ensure optimum performance and reliability. Our service ensures updates are performed and all infrastructure is configured properly.

Service Desk, will be provided to allow for tickets to be logged by both the client and Flexiion. This is provided via e-mail and a client portal, where necessary phone based service can also be provided.
